SUMMARY:Intensive seminar on crisis management and crisis communication
DESCRIPTION:The GKV cordially invites all its member companies and those of the sponsoring associations to the intensive seminar on crisis management and crisis communication on November 12/13\, 2025 in Frankfurt am Main. \nFor small and medium-sized companies in particular\, communication during a crisis can be crucial to their survival – regardless of whether it is an accident\, a product crisis or a compliance breach. Emergency services and authorities need information\, politicians and journalists need a point of contact and employees need a perspective. Messages should be developed and questions answered before reporting and public opinion change. There is no substitute for preparation and planning in the event of a crisis.\nWith a practical mix of workshop and intensive exercise\, our crisis-experienced communications expert Dr. Hans-Georg Klose puts the participants into “crisis mode”: How can a company still function when “the house is on fire” or the public prosecutor is at the door with a search warrant? Transport accidents\, product recalls or cyber attacks – prevention is essential in all cases. Managing directors\, plant managers or communicators can put their existing crisis management to the test in the seminar or plan their own crisis team using a crisis manual.      \nParticipants\nThis seminar is tailored to the group of people who have to manage the crisis in the company in an emergency: Managing directors and site managers\, plant and occupational safety specialists\, communications colleagues and marketing specialists. Each participant receives a GKV crisis manual and a clear idea of what needs to be done in the company for good prevention\, who should be involved and which steps logically build on each other.\nPlease note: the number of participants is limited. So make sure you secure your place quickly!\nThe event is reserved for members of the GKV and members of the sponsoring associations. \nParticipation fee\nThe participation fee is EUR 800.00 plus VAT per person.
