SUMMARY:GKV REACH workshop
DESCRIPTION:The GKV cordially invites all member companies to the online workshop “Update REACH/CLP\, requirements for placing hazardous substances and mixtures on the market\, restriction of microplastics and new regulation “on preventing pellet losses” and PFAS”.  \nAs always\, participants first receive basic knowledge of the REACH and CLP regulations. Our member companies are confronted with chemical law inquiries from their customers on a daily basis. So that they do not lose track\, the workshop provides a list of the most important regulations with secure LINKS for quick reference. According to the restriction on synthetic polymer microparticles (microplastics) in Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation\, as of November 2025\, all plastics processors\, including manufacturers of molded parts\, would have reporting obligations to the Chemicals Agency in Helsinki by May 31\, 2026. Will it stay that way? The new regulation “on preventing pellet losses” adds to all of this. High time for precise instructions to the participants.      \nThe planned restriction of PFAS remains on the agenda.
