Fiber-reinforced plastics can make an important contribution here by conserving resources and reducing energy consumption over their entire life cycle thanks to their low weight, high durability, and excellent corrosion resistance. Modern composite materials also enable innovative lightweight construction solutions, extend the service life of products, and open up new possibilities for recycling and the circular economy. As such, they have the potential to make a decisive contribution to a sustainable and future-proof industry.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within our working group, we provide an opportunity for discussion and the exchange of information on new approaches and potential applications. We work closely with initiatives at the European level, such as EuCIA and the ECCA initiative. After focusing on marketing activities for some time, our work is currently centered on collecting and analyzing information regarding recycling activities in Germany and identifying solutions on an industrial scale.
