Digitalization has long since ceased to be an issue limited to large companies or highly automated mass production. For small and medium-sized enterprises in particular, future competitiveness depends not only on automation but also on whether and how they implement digitalization. Many approaches can already be implemented today in a pragmatic, cost-effective, and accessible manner\u2014even in small-batch production. <\/p>\n\n

In a joint event organized by the \u201cEuro-RTM-Group\u201d and \u201cDigitalization\u201d working groups, in collaboration with Composites United, these topics\u2014along with examples from RTM, vacuum infusion, and fiber injection, among others\u2014will be presented as concrete ways in which digitalization can support processes, create transparency, and increase efficiency. The event is aimed in particular at SMEs that would like to learn about the potential, entry points, and practical solutions for their own manufacturing operations. <\/p>\n\n
