The focus is on new materials, functional materials and processing aids. The focus is on the development of fibers and spinning processes as well as thermoplastic composite materials for injection molding that are reinforced with organic fibers, nanoparticles or nanofibers. Particular attention is paid to bio-based fibers (including technical cellulose fibers) and matrix materials (PLA, PHA, cellulose and starch derivatives).
