Industry meets Fraunhofer CCPE
Fiber-reinforced plastics play a key role on the road to a circular economy. How can high-performance composite materials be designed in the future so that they are easier to recycle and contribute to closing material and bio cycles?
Under the title “Circular Composites – Easier Recycling in Composites”, we invite you to get to know current developments and practical solutions. The focus will be on self-reinforced thermoplastics, mono-material construction methods and bio-based FRPs and their potential for sustainable applications.
At the same time, we will shed light on recycling technologies for FRPs and their individual components and discuss the use of recyclates in new applications. You can look forward to an exchange between research and industry as well as concrete impulses for the next steps towards a circular composites economy.
