GKV Info Day: Occupational and operational safety in the plastics processing industry

The GKV cordially invites you to the information day on occupational and operational safety in the plastics processing industry on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, 10.30 a.m. – 3 p.m. in Frankfurt am Main, AVK office. Unfortunately, accidents and incidents at work, including major incidents such as fire damage, also occur time and again in companies in the plastics processing industry. After accidents at work and loss events, the question regularly arises as to whether the company was adequately prepared for the occurrence of these events. Were adequate precautions taken? What does suitable “incident management” look like? Who is liable for the consequences, e.g. personal injury or business interruption for customers? What damage is covered by insurance and employers’ liability insurance associations?
Interested companies in the sector can discuss these and other questions with expert speakers from the fields of occupational safety, insurance and business practice at an information day on November 13, 2024. The event is aimed at managing directors, plant managers and safety officers in companies in the plastics processing industry. The number of places is limited. Participation is free of charge for member companies of the GKV member associations AVK, FSK, IK and pro K.
