A full-time commercial employee (f/m/d) for our association office.
Who we are:
We are an innovative trade association for the plastics industry with almost 100 years of history. We have over 200 member companies from the “fiber-reinforced plastics / composites” sector. The glass fiber/carbon fiber and natural fiber-reinforced materials we represent are suitable for sustainable and future-oriented (lightweight) applications, especially in the transport and construction sectors.
We work in a small, effective team at our office in a central location in Frankfurt / Main.
Your tasks:
Organization of working groups, specialist conferences, seminars and trade fair appearances. Communicative measures to promote the events (e.g. via social media, mailings, maintenance of the homepage, contacts with the press/media, etc.).
Performing administrative tasks (e.g. organizing the production of own print products, coordinating contributions and articles, press work, etc.).
Maintenance of the address database and the mailing program.
Your profile:
You have completed training and/or have professional experience, preferably in the field of office communication.
You have team spirit and very good communication skills.
They act on their own initiative, independently and are committed.
You are open to innovation and willing to familiarize yourself quickly with new topics.
Efficient work organization and a reliable and structured way of working.
Good command of common office software (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, Zoom).
Very good written and spoken German and good English skills round off your profile.
